Ever-inspiring, the classic jewelry designs of the past continue to influence contemporary jewelers today. Two pairs of earrings by Hemmerle in Sotheby’s upcoming Geneva Magnificent Jewels & Noble Jewels sale illustrate such inspiration superbly.
